Page 1 of 2 One of our very good customers has commissioned us to build something very special - the ultimate Evo racer - a 1980 Honda CR480RA.
That's right - a CR480 motor shoehorned into a 1979 CR250 frame. We reckon this baby deserves a special name of it's own - so its now called "The Mother Ship".
This is the jewel in the crown of Red Devil Racing. It started out life as a 1980 CR250 but is undergoing a major reformation.
To give it a bit more go it has a 1982 CR480 motor with a Mugen top end fitted, a 38mm Mikuni and a Mugen pipe finish the performance side of things.
Add to that billet triple clamps, Mugen forks, Fox Airshox, Fox swingarm, gold Excel rims and a RC replica tank and we reckon we've got the ultimate Evo bike (without getting a genuine Mugen or RC anyway). Stay tuned for updates on this weapon.
