The motor has been fully rebuilt with a brand new Mugen 480 kit fitted, all painted and ready to go. With a project like this you can guarantee a couple of unforseen hurdles to leap, and the latest being the airbox.

We have had a new fibreglass airbox constructed to fit the unique CR480RZ frame and it fits beautifully. Darren's been hard at work modifying the frame to fit various bits and pieces - including bending the rear frame to accomodate the rebuilt Fox Aor Shox

There are a couple of problems with getting the clutch basket to fit, but that should be fixed soon.
